職務内容
- クライアント管理層、ビジネス部門、IT部門に対して、プロジェクトの計画、品質、進捗に関する書類作成および定期報告を行う。
- 日本チームメンバーおよびオフショア開発メンバーをリードし、彼らの業務を指示し、確実に完了させる。
- 要件を理解し、複数のシステム間のインターフェースを設計および開発する。
- クライアントの企業文化およびデータガバナンスとセキュリティに関するポリシーに準拠したシステム統合をリードする。
- システム要件定義、設計・開発、およびシステムテストをリードする。

- 高いコミュニケーション能力およびクライアントとの交渉力。
- プロジェクト実行のためのWBS作成、プロジェクトチャーター作成、品質管理、進捗管理の経験。
- テストおよび技術的検証の経験（例：UT/SIT、PoC、ソリューション選定と比較、実稼働環境でのテストなど）。
- システム専門知識を活用した業務部門との調整および交渉の経験。
- 優れた対人スキル、日本語でのビジネスレベルのコミュニケーションスキル、およびプレゼンテーションスキル。
- Java、Python、SQL（PL/SQLを含む）または類似のプログラミング経験（最低3年以上）。
- SOAP、REST、HTTP、MQ、JSON、XMLに関する知識および設計・開発経験。
- データベーステーブルの設計および構築の経験（PostgreSQL、Oracle、SQL Serverなどで1年以上の経験）。

- MuleSoftまたは類似のデータ統合ソリューションの開発および実装経験（1年以上）。
- システム開発プロジェクトへの参加経験（5年以上）。
- プロジェクトマネージャーとしての経験（3年以上）。
- Maven、Jenkins、BitBucket、GITなどを使用した開発および実装の経験。
- Scrumなどのアジャイル開発経験。
- ESB（例：IBM WebSphere Message Brokerなど）の実装経験があれば尚可。
- ETL（例：IBM WebSphere DataPowerなど）の実装経験があれば尚可。
- SOAおよび統合に関するアーキテクチャ的思考があれば尚可。
- MuleSoftの認定資格があれば尚可。
- Salesforceの開発および利用経験があれば尚可。
- ビジネスレベルの英語能力。

- Prepare documents and report regularly with client management people, business and IT departments on project planning, quality, and progress.
- Lead Japanese team members and offshore development members, directing their work and ensuring that it gets done.
- Understand requirements and design and develop integration to interface between multiple systems.
- Lead developing system integrations that comply with the client's corporate culture and policies regarding data governance and security.
- Lead on the system requirements definition, design and develop, testing the system.
Required Work Experience/Skills
- High level of communication skills and negotiation with clients.
- WBS creation for project execution, project charter creation, quality control, and progress management
- Experience in testing and technical validation (e.g., UT/SIT, PoC, solution selection and comparison, testing for production environments, etc.)
Experience coordinating and negotiating with business units using systems expertise. - Excellent interpersonal skills, business-level communication skills in Japanese, and presentation skills.
- Java, Python, SQL (including PL/SQL) or some other programming experience (at least 3 years)
- Knowledge of SOAP, REST, HTTP, MQ, JSON, XML and experience in design and development
- Experience in designing and building DB tables (1+ years of experience in postgresSQL, Oralce, SQLServer, etc.)
Required Work Experience/Skills (Preferred)
- 1+ years of development and implementation experience with MuleSoft or similar data integration solutions
- 5+ years of participation in system development projects
- 3+ years of experience as a project manager
- Experience in development and implementation using Maven, Jenkins, BitBucket, GIT, etc.
- Agile development experience such as Scrum
- Experience with ESB (e.g. IBM WebSphere Message Broker, etc.) implementation is a plus
- Experience implementing ETL (e.g. IBM WebSphere DataPower, etc.) is a plus
- Architectural thinking on SOA and integration is a plus
- MuleSoft certification is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce development and use is a plus.
- Business level Japanese proficiency (N2 or above)
